摘要


80年代以後的藝術形式,趨向於混合多重媒材的表現,突破傳統單一形式的創作,許多歷史意義消失(不確定性)與主體消失(零散化)的後現代作品的出現,其實是與現實的世界(尤其是台灣目前的狀況)相吻合的;而“攝影”的「見證特性」(紀錄事件),與“電腦數位影像”經由重新組構後的「非經驗界特性」(後現代或超越現實的),就非常適合用於表現這個後現代的世界。因此攝影的被大量運用各種創作中是相當自然的。電腦數位影像為我們帶來了虛擬的新視界,然而在觀看眾多的充滿冰冷科技感的「電腦繪圖」後,是不是該思考,新世紀人的位置應該在何處呢? 因此,在這次的創作研究中,我想要傳達的意念是: 一、以台北作為觀察標的,攝影紀錄台北的某些 樣貌,並抓取我想傳達的都會形象及台北人 的疏離感。 二、經由電腦影像處理,結合不同的人物與場 景,「虛擬」「真實」的台北景象(是影像 複合與再製後的「真實」)。 三、將這些被創造出來、具人文觀察與意涵的 「台北新影像」,應用於視覺傳達設計上。

The art forms following the eighties tend to be an outcome based on the combination of multi-media materials. In the meanwhile, it breadks the traditional monopoly methods of creation. There comes the appearance of the numerous post-modernism works which no longer composed of historical meanings ( the uncertainty ) and the individuality ( the partition ). Instead, they are reflection of reality ( especially the circumstances at present ). The two major characte-ristics of photography, the quality of witnessing ( event-recording ) and the digitized images, with the aid of the re-constructed and non-existed experiences ( post-modernism or superreality ), are perfect to represent the post-modernism world. Thus it should be regarded natural that photography is immensely adopted in various kinds of creation. The digitized images also bring us the virtual new-vision. However, after watching so many icy-cold technological computer graphics, it is necessary that we reconsider the position of the new-aged people. Therefore, the conceptions I would like to deliver in the research are listed below. First, Taipei is rendered as the target of my observations. Photography is the method I use to document some certain aspects of Taipei, and to grasp the images of the cosmopolitan city and the indifference among those who live in Taipei. Second, by means of the computer processing system, the images combined with different people and settings are to stand for the virtual and real Taipei. ( The reality should be the result of the mixture and reproduction of images. ) Third, the created, humane-observed " New Images of Taipei " are put into the practice of visual delivery design.
