中文摘要 本研究旨在探討運動休閒相關學系學生工作價值觀與生涯發展之關聯性研究。採問卷調查法,計有工作價值觀、生涯探索、生涯阻礙、生涯定向等四份量表,以國內運動休閒相關學系學生為研究對象,施測結果計得752份有效問卷。所得資料以單因子多變量分析及多元回歸等統計方法進行分析及討論。 本研究的主要發現為: 壹、不同的人口統計變項的運動休閒相關學系學生在其工作價值觀差異比較上,僅有性別變項達顯著差異。 貳、不同的人口統計變項的運動休閒相關學系學生在其生涯探索差異比較上,僅有性別、家庭經濟狀況變項達顯著差異。 參、不同的人口統計變項的運動休閒相關學系學生在其生涯阻礙差異比較上,全部變項達顯著差異 肆、不同的人口統計變項的運動休閒相關學系學生在其生涯定向差異比較上,除了年級背景變項外,其餘全部變項達顯著差異。 伍、迴歸分析 一、 工作價值觀、生涯探索與生涯阻礙對生涯確定具有預測力。 二、 工作價值觀、生涯探索與生涯阻礙對生涯滿意具有預測力。 綜合而言,工作價值觀、生涯探索與生涯阻礙不論個別或整體對運動休閒相關學系學生生涯定向都具影響力。 關鍵詞:工作價值觀;生涯探索;生涯阻礙 ;生涯定向
Abstract The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between work value and career development of the students in the Department of Recreational Sport. It was based on survey method,including topics about work value, career barrier, career exploration career identity.Here 752 questionnaires from syudents in the Department of Recreational Sport were valid. All the information was analyzed by MANOY, Multivariate stepwise regression. The major findings were included: 1. On the comparison of work value, only the variance of gender did achieve remarkable differences. 2. On the comparison of career exploration, only the variances of gender and family economy did achieve remarkable differences. 3. On the comparison of career barrier, all the variances achieve remarkable differences. 4. On the comparison of career identity, except the variance of grade background, the rest variances achieved remarkable differences. 5. Multivariate Stepwise Regression (1) Work value, career exploration and career barrier created anticipation to career identification (2) Work value, career exploration and career barrier created anticipation to career satisfaction. In conclusion, work value, career barrier, career exploration and career identity. did play a large part ,respectiuely or a whole,in identity of the students in the Department of Recreational Sport.
