本研究採用質化研究取向,旨在深入探究未婚國小女教師的休閒體驗、特性、轉變經驗及其影響因素。研究對象是十一名目前在大台北地區國小任教的未婚女教師。以現象學觀點為基礎,以半結構式訪談蒐集資料;並將所得資料加以編碼,以進行分析性歸納。 根據訪談結果,研究者發現十一位研究參與者的休閒體驗,以「輕鬆感」、「變化性」及「主體性」三者為主。其休閒特性則為「休閒是次要的生活領域」、「休閒接觸面有限」、「休閒習慣植基於舊經驗」、「獨處是重要的休閒型態」、「重視社會互動的動態性休閒」以及「未婚身分的休閒窘境」等六項。另外,研究參與者的休閒轉變經驗可以概分為行為以及心理兩個層面,其影響因素眾多,詳列如下: 一、個人因素:又可分為生理與心理兩個層面的影響因素。生理層面主要受到健康、體力、技能、體態以及儀容的影響;心理方面,則是想法上的改變所造成。 二、社會因素:主要受家庭、工作、重要他人、住屋狀況、社會政策的影響。家庭因素包含陪伴家人、照顧家人等因素;工作方面受到轉變職業、調校、職務、教師角色的影響。 三、環境因素:主要是可及資源的差異、天候的變化以及傳染病的流行等。 最後,根據本研究發現作討論,並針對研究參與者、學校單位、教育主管機關以及未來研究提出個人建議。
The aim of this study was to outline the manner of unmarried females in which reflected leisure experiences of 11 unmarried female teachers of primary schools in Taipei city. A qualitative approach was adopted in this study, and a method of semi-structural interviews was conducted. The findings which involved analysis of qualitative data derived from interviews suggested that the prevailing leisure experiences of the interviewees were characterized as three perspectives, namely, relax, variety and empowerment. Within the leisure experiences, there had six elements such as subordinate life domain, limited access, previous-experience orientation, home-based leisure emphasizing on privacy, outside-home leisure for social interaction, and advantages or disadvantages of unmarried status were significantly recognized. In addition, leisure experiences were reshaped in behavioral and psychological dimensions and attributed to intrapersonal, interpersonal and structural factors. Intrapersonal factors were categorized into two interacting subsets, which were physical and psychological. Interpersonal ones were related to what roles they played in society, in which opportunities and constraints were complemented simultaneously. Structural ones included those of nature and those of man-made environment. Finally, suggestions based on different channels were proposed to improve the leisure experiences of the unmarried female teachers of primary schools, to provide recommendations with respect to leisure experiences for relevant groups as well as to constitute as a research reference to the proceeding researchers.
