參與親子桌遊團體對國小孩童與家長之影響經驗研究

本研究旨在探討參與親子桌遊團體對於國小孩童與家長的影響經驗及助益因素，並發展一套能夠促進正向親子關係的桌遊團體方案。本研究以立意取樣的方式招募六組國小高年級的親子成員，一同參加八次的親子桌遊團體。團體過程透過親子填寫的單元回饋表了解團體的實施情形與成效，並於團體結束後分別對家長進行半結構式訪談，透過質性研究中的內容分析法分析訪談資料，瞭解團體對親子帶來的影響，並歸納團體產生的效益及助益因素。研究結果如下：一、　親子成員從一開始的抗拒排斥，到漸漸地期待參加團體。團體過程中自在的進行遊戲，享受遊戲的樂趣，親子在遊戲中互相支持，成為彼此的夥伴。二、　親子桌遊團體為親子關係帶來的影響經驗包含六個部分，分別為：親子交流互動增加、親子關係變得不一樣、發現孩子的亮點、產生新的體悟、展開新的行動及帶來家庭關係的正向影響。三、　促成親子關係改變的助益因素包含四個層面，分別為：桌遊媒材層面、方案設計層面、帶領者特質與技巧層面及家長特質層面。四、　根據研究結果，建立一套新的親子桌遊團體方案。最後，依據研究結果進行討論，並提出研究和實務上的建議以供參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of the influence of participating in parent-child board game groups on children and parents and its benefits and to develop a set of board game group activities that can promote positive parent-child relationships. In this study, the purposive sampling method was adopted and six groups of grade 5 or 6 students and their parents were recruited to participate together in parent-child board game group activities for eight times. Regarding the group activity process, the status and effectiveness of implementing the group activity were understood through a feedback form that the parents and children completed. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the parents after the group activity ended, and the interview data were analyzed by using the qualitative method of content analysis research to understand how group activities influenced the children and their parents. The benefits and contributing factors arising from the group activities were summarized. 　　The research results are as follows: 1. Initially, the participating parents and children resisted the group activities, but gradually anticipated joining the activities while becoming comfortable engaging in the process and enjoying the fun of the activities. The parents and children supported each other in the activities and became each other's partners. 2. The effects of the experience of the parent-child board game group activity on the parent-child relationship comprise six dimensions: increased parent-child interaction, transformed parent-child relationship, identifying children’s different strengths, having new realizations, taking new actions, and positively influencing family relations. 3. The factors contributing to the change in the parent-child relationship include four aspects: board game media, activity design, group leader’s characteristics and skills, and parents’ characteristics. 4. Based on the research results, a new set of parent-child board game group activities was developed. 　　Finally, a discussion was conducted based on the results of the research, and research and practical suggestions were presented for reference.
