臺北市學前巡迴輔導老師及學前分散式資源班老師和特殊教育相關專業人員共事現況之調查研究

A Study on the Current Situation of Itinerant Teachers and Resource Room Teachers of Preschools to Cooperate with Special Education Related Service Professionals in Taipei City

摘要


本技術報告是為探討臺北市學前巡輔老師、學前分散式資源班老師與專業團隊中的特教相關專業人員共事時之參與程度、滿意程度與困難程度。本技術報告採用問卷調查法,研究對象是臺北市學前特殊教育老師(包含巡迴輔導班與分散式資源班),共40位。以自編之「臺北市學前巡迴輔導教師及學前分散式資源班教師與特殊教育相關專業人員合作調查問卷」作為研究工具。將回收問卷之資料以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後比較法、皮爾森積差相關(Pearson Correlation)等統計方法進行分析。本研究的結論如下: 一、臺北市學前巡輔/分散式資源班老師和相關專業人員共事之參與程度為「高」參與程度。 二、臺北市學前巡輔/分散式資源班老師和相關專業人員共事之滿意程度為「中高」滿意程度。 三、臺北市學前巡輔/分散式資源班老師和相關專業人員共事困難程度為「中低」困難程度。 四、臺北市學前巡輔/分散式資源班老師和相關專業人員共事的「參與程度」、「滿意程度」與「困難程度」依照背景變項的分歧,其顯著差異與否各有相異。 五、臺北市學前巡輔/分散式資源班老師和相關專業人員共事之「參與程度」、「滿意程度」與「困難程度」三個層面中,以「滿意程度」和「困難程度」呈現顯著負相關,雙方合作的「困難程度」愈高,則對於彼此合作的「滿意程度」愈低。

The main purpose of this study was to understand the participation, satisfaction and difficulties of itinerant teachers and resource room teachers of preschools to cooperate with special education related service professionals in Taipei City. Questionnaire was the main method in this study. The data was obtained from 40 special education teachers in preschools by self-designed questionnaire “The current situation of itinerant teachers and resource room teachers of preschools to cooperate with special education related service professionals in Taipei City”. The obtained data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, product-moment correlation. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The level of special education teachers’ participation with special education related service professionals was at high level. 2. The level of special education teachers’ satisfaction with special education related service professionals was above average. 3. The level of special education teachers’ difficulties with special education related service professionals was below average. 4. The significant differences in the level of participation, satisfaction or difficulties in cooperating with related service professionals varied by the subjects’ variables. 5. There were significant correlation among “the satisfaction” and “the difficulties” of cooperating with related service professionals. The overall level of satisfaction and difficulties presented a high negative correlation.
