直排輪教學促進特殊學校國中自閉症學生平衡能力成效研究

摘要


本研究之目的旨在探討直排輪教學介入對特殊學校國中階段自閉症學生平衡能力之成效。研究方法採單一受試研究法中之跨受試多基線設計,自變項為直排輪教學課程,依變項為三位研究對象之「靜態平衡能力」與「動態平衡能力」。實驗階段包含基線期、介入期與維持期。教學課程為每週三節、每節四十五分鐘,共計八週二十四節課。研究對象為三名十四歲之特殊學校國中部重度自閉症學生,女生一位及男生二位。研究工具包含靜態平衡能力的「張眼單足站立測驗」、動態平衡能力的「走平衡木測驗」。測驗所得資料以視覺分析及C統計加以分析,再輔以研究者日誌及家長教師訪談的質性資料作為社會效度。 研究結果顯示 一、直排輪教學介入對於三位研究對象的動態平衡能力有顯著的提升。 二、直排輪教學介入對於三位研究對象的靜態平衡能力有顯著的提升。 三、教師及家長相當肯定直排輪教學介入對於自閉症學生的幫助,直排 輪教學介入不僅是促進平衡能力的表現,對於學習及日常生活表現 都有實質上提升。 關鍵詞:自閉症、靜態平衡、動態平衡、直排輪、單一受試研究法

The purpose of this study focused on researching of Inline skating teaching in balance ability for junior high students with autism in special school. The single subject experiment design was conducted in this research. The independent variable in this research was Inline skating program and the dependent variables were the static and dynamic balance ability for subjects. Experiment stage including baselines, intervention and maintenance phases. Forty-five minutes of Inline skating session was given three per week, total twenty-four session in eight weeks. Participants were three students with severely autistic children in special school of junior class, including one girl and two boys, aged is fourteen years old. The measuring tests included “one-leg stance test with eye-opened” for static balance ability and “walking on balance beam” for dynamic balance ability. The performance data were used visual analysis and C statistics analysis. The student’s journal and parent’s interview were evaluated for social validity. The result showed: 1.Inline skating has made remarkable progress in dynamic balance ability for participants. 2.Inline skating has made remarkable progress in static balance ability for participants. 3.Teachers and parents are certainly the performance of Inline skating for autism children is helpful, and Inline skating not only to increase the balance ability also improved study and daily life for good result.
