臺北市國民中學推動國際教育現況之研究

摘要


臺北市國民中學推動國際教育現況之研究 摘要 本研究旨在探討臺北市國民中學推動國際教育之現況,依據研究結果,提供教育主管機關、學校、教師及未來研究之參考。 本研究依據文獻探討,編製「臺北市國民中學推動國際教育現況之研究問卷」進行問卷調查,以105學年度臺北市國民中學教師為研究對象,發放673份問卷,回收問卷531份,有效問卷528份,回收率約為78%。回收資料以SPSS 23.0處理,運用描述性統計、t檢定(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、皮爾遜積差等相關統計方法進行資料分析、與文獻比對探討,歸納出研究結果。獲得以下結論: 一、臺北市國民中學教師的國際教育認知程度、推動意願及學校推動國際教育的執行情形之整體現況是在中上程度以上。 二、臺北市國民中學教師的國際教育認知程度、推動意願及學校推動國際教育情形三者在「學校國際化」的面向上仍有提升強化的空間。 三、臺北市國民中學是否有申請「學校本位國際教育計畫 (SIEP)」或國際教育專案計畫,對於學校推動國際教育的整體情形是有顯著的差異。 四、臺北市國民中學教師是否兼任行政,在教師推動國際教育的意願上有明顯的落差。 五、臺北市國民中學教師國際教育認知程度、教師推動意願及學校推動國際教育執行情形三者之間具有相關性。 六、學校推動國際教育面臨最大的困境是人力經費設備等資源的不足,在解決困境的策略上以課程發展與教學的面向上獲得高比例的認同。 關鍵字:臺北市國民中學、國際教育、課程發展與教學

A Study on Promoting International Education in Taipei Junior High School Abstract This study aims to explore the current situation of the promotion of international education in Taipei Junior High School. Based on the research results, it provides reference for educational authorities, schools, teachers and future research. Based on the literature review, this study compiled the “Questionnaire on Current Status of International Education in Taipei Junior High School” to collect data and conduct research surveys. The study was conducted on the teachers of the Taipei Junior High School in the 105 academic year. The sample was stratified and randomized. There are 673 questionnaires to be distributed and returned 531 questionnaires. There are 528 questionnaires was valid, and the valid return rate was about 78%. The valid collected data were archived and processed by SPSS 23.0. Statistical analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson product-moment correlation and other statistical methods were used for data analysis. The comparison and discussion with the literature were conducted and the results were summarized. The following conclusions were listed. 1. The overall status of teachers’ awareness, promoting willingness and the implementation of international education in Taipei Junior High School are above the upper middle level. 2. As to the "school internationalization" dimension, the teachers’ awareness, promoting willingness and the implementation of international education in Taipei Junior High School are all need to be strengthened. 3. There is a significant difference in the overall situation of international education in the Taipei Junior High School depends on whether they apply for School-based International Education Program (SIEP) or some specific international education projects. 4. There is a distinctive divide in the willingness of teachers to promote international education depends on whether the teachers are concurrently administrative in the Taipei Junior High School. 5. There is a correlation between the teachers’ awareness, promoting willingness and the implementation of international education in Taipei Junior High School. 6. The biggest dilemma in the promotion of international education in schools is the shortage of resources such as human resources and equipment. In the strategy of solving difficulties, we have obtained a high recognition in terms of curriculum development and teaching.
