英文素養導向教學模式之行動研究─以一所技術型高中為例

摘要


本研究主旨為研究以英文科為主的素養導向教學模式之教學設計與其實施成效。經檢視十二年國教的核心素養發展、意義與內涵,並分析素養導向的教學設計內涵與實施方式,進而依據英文課本內容規劃以網路霸凌為主題的六堂課之英文素養導向教學設計。本研究採取行動研究方式進行,研究者以技術型高中二年級學生為研究對象,在教學行動方案實施的過程中,研究者透過蒐集學生課堂中的個人學習單與小組學習單、課後回饋問卷、教師觀察與省思札記與課後訪談學生資料等相關資料進行整理與分析後,研究結果發現: (一)素養導向的教學模式有助於提升學生的學習動機。 (二)素養導向的教學模式對於學生在傳統紙筆測驗上的學習成效,整體上並未有明顯的提升。 (三)在實施素養導向教學模式之下,學生在英文的聽、說、課文閱讀和英文寫作方面都有明顯的進步。 (四)素養導向的課程讓學生能夠從中培養與溝通表達能力及人際關係與團隊合作之核心素養 最後,根據研究結果提出建議給予未來進行素養導向教學模式的教師作為課程設計與研究參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the studying design and learning effectiveness of competency-based instruction. After reviewing the development, meaning and connotation of the core competency of 12-year basic education, and then analyzed the teaching design and implementation of competency-based instruction. According to use those theories and English textbook to design English competency-based instruction of six classes with the theme of cyber bullying. This study adopted action research method, researcher took the second year of vocation high school students as research object. This study processed collected student’s worksheet、group’s worksheet、teacher’s observation record and interview record to analyze, the research found that: 1.Competency-based instruction improved the motivation of students. 2.Competency-based instruction had not significant improvement in aspect of traditional knowledge. 3.In competency-based instruction, students had made significant progress in listening、speaking、reading、writing. 4.Competency-based curriculum enabled students to develop communication skill、interpersonal relationships and teamwork of essential literacies. Finally, based on the results, some suggestions were proposed as a reference for teachers' who want to design the competency-based curriculums.
