生活技能訓練教學融入拒菸教育-以一所高中為例

摘要


本研究是以強調培養正確的健康促進價值觀的「生活技能訓練課程」融入菸害教育,採取多元教學介入策略,搭配教育課程及健康促進學校計畫,探討這樣的高中生菸害教育介入課程可行性與效果。根據課程設計,本研究檢視生活技能訓練課程對於青少年自尊、衝動控制、青少年人際關係、壓力處理、復原力與菸害認知、態度是否有效果。研究母群體為105學年度就讀花蓮市某公立高中高二普通班學生共346人,配合學校行政作業及研究者教學排課,二年級學生5個班級為實驗組,進行六節課的教學介入,另以該校二年級五個班級,進行一般健康與護理菸害教學六節課,作為校內對照組。研究工具採用結構式問卷,收集資料包括前測、後測、後後測,問卷完整回收共275份,回收率79.4%。研究結果如下: 一、生活技能訓練教學對吸菸高中生在衝動控制有立即的顯著差異及延宕效果。 二、生活技能訓練教學對吸菸高中生在拒菸認知有整體的顯著差異。 三、生活技能訓練教學對全體研究對象在人際關係中師生關係有立即的顯著差異。 根據上述結果,本研究針對青少年菸害防治課程提出建議,未來在高中菸害教育與戒菸班執行菸害防制工作時,相關課程研究議題可列入參考,以降低青少年吸菸行為與防治。

This study emphasizes on building up correct health promoting values of the life skill training and teaching on anti-smoking educational program and goes with the plan of health promoting school. Besides, this study also discusses the effect on high school students after courses. Base on those courses design, this study evaluates effects of pride, impulse control, interpersonal relationships, pressure handling, recovery, smoking awareness and attitude of teenagers. After analyzing these data, I have three results which list below. a. This study has immediately differences and delay effect on impulse control for teenagers’ smokers. b. This study has big difference on anti-smoking for teenagers’ smokers. c. This study has instance difference on interpersonal relationships. Base on the results, this study give some suggestions on anti-smoking programs. When carrying out anti-smoking programs, you can take this study into consideration.
