This research aimed to understand how children represented their life experience in their drawings. Participant observations and one-on-one interviews were used to collect data. Video and audio recording was adopted while children were drawing. Participants included four children; their teachers and parents were also interviewed. Total data collection period was three months and 100 drawings were obtained and analyzed. The primary topics of life experiences represented in the drawings were as follows. 1.School activities that children were interested. 2.Special activities impressed children were represented in their drawing. 3.Drawings that combined above two kinds of experiences.
