近年來,虛擬實境的科技進步,帶動了許多領域的應用。社會工作實習教育是一種體驗教育,實習機構透過督導適當的學習安排讓學生整合課堂所學的理論應用在實務情境中。然而整合理論與實務不會自動發生,往往許多情境和機會教育是可遇不可求。在自閉症機構,實習生需要學習和自閉症者相處,在過程中往往會面臨到許多情緒的處理。因此情境學習對於實習生來說是重要的。然而虛擬實境的建置需要經過像是Unity等技術來開發,對社會福利機構而言是一個很沉重的負擔。本研究提出一個VR體驗學習方式,藉由劇本的設計讓全景影像所產生的虛擬實境具有互動性。實習生在此情境中能學習處理自閉症者的情緒。 研究結果顯示,實習生經過虛擬情境學習後,學習滿意度和成效有所提升。面對自閉症者的情緒,心態上呈現主動積極性,督導的評語也顯示處理得宜的正面回饋。
In recent years, the scientific and technological progress of virtual reality has driven the application in many fields. Social work internship education is an experience education. The internship organization allows students to integrate the theory applied in the classroom into the practical situation by supervising appropriate study arrangements. However, integration theory and practice do not happen automatically, and often many situations and opportunity education just depends on luck. In autistic institutions, interns need to learn to get along with autistic people, and often face many emotions in the process. Therefore, situational learning is important for interns. However, the construction of virtual reality needs to be developed through technologies such as Unity, which is a heavy burden for social welfare organizations. This study proposes a semi-interactive VR experience learning method. The design of the script makes the virtual reality generated by the panoramic image interactive. Interns can learn to deal with the emotions of people with autism in this situation. The research results showed that after the interns were studied in a semi-interactive virtual situation, the learning satisfaction and effectiveness were improved. In the face of the emotions of autistic people, the attitude is positive, and the supervisory comments also show positive feedback.
