藝術文化基金會投入藝文領域之研究-以廣藝基金會為例

近幾年來，非營利組織已逐漸成為社會中重要的機構，其特性主要是維護社會價值、提供資源服務，並且改變人們的身心品質。其中由企業所成立的企業基金會比例更是逐年上升，基金會成立的目的和動機十分多元，但不可否認的，基金會與政府、企業三者間，相輔相成，分別滿足了許多社會需求，也共同完成了許多社會任務。本研究主要研究的方向是藝術文化類基金會，此類型的企業基金會透過藝文補助、市場開發的輔導來提供多項資源，以健全台灣的藝術市場。本研究為個案研究，研究對象為以表演藝術為服務對象的廣藝基金會，主要的研究面向為基金會對於台灣表演藝術市場的影響、基金會所達成的公共關係，以及企業社會責任三方面。透過基金會內部員工的訪談、問卷資料庫的分析，還有受補助團隊的訪談，進行分析並且整理出結論。本研究結果顯示，廣藝基金會有別於一般非營利組織，非常俱有企業基金會的特性，組織專業化、目標明確、高度效率，對內透過廣藝廳的各種活動來兼顧組織內部倫理，對外則是透過「委託創作」、「科技藝術」，及「兩岸文化交流」，來達成基金會成立的宗旨與目標。透過本研究希望能探討廣藝基金會的發展成效，並提出看法，觀察能否使台灣表演藝術市場邁向新的里程碑。

In recent years, non-profit organizations have gradually become important institutes in the society. NPOs mainly keep the social values, provide services, and improve the physical and mental quality of human. Among these organizations, the number of enterprise foundations has been risen through years. The purpose and motivation of establishing a foundation are various. But it cannot be denied that the cooperation among foundations, government, and enterprises meets the needs from society and achieves the goal from social tasks. The orientated subject in this research are arts and cultures foundations which provide many resources to improve the art market in Taiwan by giving financial supports and assisting the market development. The research subject is Quanta Arts Foundation whose focus is performing art. There are three main aspects, which are the influence Quanta Arts Foundation has on Taiwan performing art markets, the foundation public relations, and the social responsibility of business. The research used the methods of interviewing with the foundation employers and the benefited groups, and analyzing the questionnaires. The research result showed Quanta Arts Foundation is distinguished from other non-profit organizations. Quanta Arts Foundation is a professional organization which has a clear goal and high efficiency. It holds various activities in Quanta Hall to realize the ethics of the company. Also, its “Commissioned Creation”, “Technology and Performing Arts”, and “Cross-straits Cultural Exchanges” are meant to achieve the goal and purpose of the foundation. It is hoped to explore the development results of Quanta Arts Foundation by teasing out opinions and to see whether the viewpoints can set a new milestone for Taiwan performing arts market.
