本研究旨在探討國民中學校長如何實踐其倫理,以及分析實踐倫理時會發生之困境,並深入探究校長的信念等等。因此,本研究藉由探討十位臺南市國民中學校長,以深入瞭解倫理實踐之全貌。 本研究藉由深度訪談及訪談資料為分析內容,整理出臺南市公立國民中學校長倫理實踐的訪談資料,並且資料分析方式,建構校長倫理實踐之過程,獲得之結論如下: 壹、 臺南市國民中學校長肯定倫理實踐在辦學上之重要性,對於倫理實踐的內涵之闡述多數集中於和辦學事務有關的論述上。 貳、 臺南市國民中學校長倫理實踐現況可分為「人際關係」、「照顧學生」、「教師觀念形塑」、「依法行政」、「教師職務安排」、「關懷同仁」。 參、 臺南市國民中學校長倫理實踐困境有「教師職務以及工作分配」、「經費不足」、「師生衝突」、「行政難尋」、「家長與社區成見」。 肆、 臺南市國民中學校長倫理實踐困境因應策略,在原則方面有「充分授權原則」、「真誠溝通原則」、「尋求共識原則」、「法規之耳提面命」;在信念方面有「學生為優先考量」、「有勇氣做對的事」、「於教育志業中保持熱忱」、「對教師敬重與支持」。
This study aims to explore how the principals of public junior high school practice their ethics, and the dilemmas that arise when analyzing practical ethics, and deeply explore the principal's beliefs. Therefore, this study explores the overall picture of ethical practice by interviewing ten junior high school principals of Tainan City. This study uses in-depth interviews and interview data as the analysis content, sorts out the interview data of the ethical practice of 10 junior high school principals of Tainan City, and analyzes the data and constructs the process of principals' ethical practice. The conclusions are as follows: I. Junior high school principals in Tainan affirmed the importance of ethical practice in running schools, and most of the elaboration of ethical practice focused on the discussion related to school affairs. II. The current ethical practice of junior high school principals of Tainan City can be divided into "interpersonal relationship", "care for students", "teacher concept shaping", " administration according to law", "teacher job assignment" and "care for colleagues." III. The ethical practice dilemmas of junior high school principals of Tainan City include “teacher duty and job assignment”, “under-funding”, “teacher-student conflict”, “hard to find people for administration”, and “prejudice from parents and communities.” IV. The principles of junior high school principals of Tainan City for ethical practice dilemmas include "full authorization", "sincere communication", "seeking consensus", "arousing awareness of laws." The faith of junior high school principals of Tainan City for ethical practice dilemmas include "having the courage to do the right thing," "Keeping enthusiasm in education," and "respecting and supporting teachers."
