以藝術推動北投文化觀光創意產業創作研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討文化觀光創意產業,以及如何結合水彩相關藝術來呈現與推動之歷程。其研究過程也透過民眾的訪談,與文獻探討,來互相佐證相輔相成。讓文創產品可以結合藝術與資訊,讓得到的民眾可以從中輕鬆去接收到產品所要傳達的訊息。 「文化創意產業」,已經跟現在的社會環境息息相關,是各地了解文史故事以及民俗風情的重要管道之一,利用在地資源與故事發展成各類型的產品與展覽,是了解當地的最快形式。 本研究中,從台北市北投區訪談了在地生活的民眾,訪談方向分為記憶深刻的故事,以及推薦的相關景點,將這些資訊加以歸類整理,透過樣本分析,可以了解北投人主要生活的習慣以及熱門景點的大致類型。 經由以上分析了解後,再結合水彩藝術的呈現形式,將觀光文創產品與水彩藝術兩者做為結合,產生北投獨有的文創伴手禮產品:硫磺磚酥餅、桶柑醬禮盒、北投石巧克力、北投52景撲克牌…等,配合在地店家販售與公家機關發送,不只可以讓觀光遊客當作伴手禮帶回,也可以讓在地民眾,都可以透過文創產品上面的相關資訊,了解到產品想傳達的內容,也可以利用水彩藝術的美感,輕鬆的體會到藝術的無距離感。

This research is aim to discuss The Cultural and Creative industry in tourism through the art form of watercolor to promote the subject activities. The approach will incorporate conversations with the local people and reference materials to enhance and to back up each source. This will allow Cultural and Creative products to offer both artistic and informative values, so as to allow the public to receive the messages from the products easily. “Cultural and Creative industry” has been significantly related to social environment nowadays. It is an important channel to understand cultural and historical background, and so does the customs locally. By using local resources and stories to create all kinds of products and to hold exhibitions, is the most direct way to get to know a place! In this research, the conversations with the locals have been conducted at the area of Beitou, Taipei. The content of the interviews is to obtain well-known local stories and recommended tourist sights. By sorting and categorizing the collective information, and by analyzing the materials can learn about the general daily habits of the Beitou residents, so do the popular sights of this area. Through the study as mentioned above presenting on touristic Cultural and Creative industry products via the art form of watercolor, have created and generated the products that represent Beitou uniquely, such as: Sulfur brick cookies, Orange jam gift box, Beitou Stone chocolate and Poker cards with 52 sights of Beitou etc. The gifts have been sent out from civil offices and sell on local shops. This can not only let the pubic have something to take away physically but also allow them to learn more about the messages on the packages that the products try to convey. Meanwhile, the beauty of watercolor on the packages can let the public have an impression that art is approachable!
