技術型高級中等學校工業類科就業導向課程專班學生業界實習對職業認知及就業意願影響之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討技術型高級中等學校工業類科就業導向課程專班學生業界實習對職業認知及就業意願影響。以問卷普查方式調查技術型高中工業類就業導向課程專班學生,共1,278人,有效樣本為607人,進行「校外實習對職業認知與就業意願問卷」施測。所得量化資料以SPSS 22統計軟體進行分析,先以次數分配、描述性統計進行背景變項分析,接著以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數與多元逐步迴歸進行研究假設的分析。 依據資料分析結果,獲得主要研究結論如下:一、技術型高級中等學校工業類科就業導向課程專班業界實習學生之職業認知自評程度為中等偏高。二、技術型高級中等學校工業類科就業導向課程專班業界實習學生之就業意願自評程度為中等偏高。三、技術型高級中等學校工業類科就業導向課程業界實習學生會因不同的「區域」、「學校」、「類群」、「工作經驗」、「就讀原因」導致職業認知的差異。四、技術型高級中等學校工業類科就業導向課程業界實習學生會因不同的「區域」、「類群」、「工作經驗」、「就讀原因」導致就業意願的差異。五、技術型高級中等學校工業類科就業導向課程專班學生會因「業師是來自實習合作廠家」、「分散於學期中辦理方式」及「無定期派科上相關專業教師輔導」對整體職業認知有顯著影響。六、技術型高級中等學校工業類科就業導向課程業界實習學生職業認知對就業意願具有正向影響。最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,供技術型高中辦理就業導向專班學校、教師、學生與未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of internship on vocational awareness and employment willingness for students in employment-oriented programs of industrial subject in technical high schools. The subjects of the study were 1278 students in employment-oriented programs of industrial subject, including 607 effective samples. Analyzing the background variables, then using independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression to analyze the research hypothesis. The findings of this study were as follows. First and second, the degrees of self-evaluation of internship on vocational awareness and employment willingness for students in employment-oriented programs of industrial subject were medium to high. Third and forth, students on internship in employment-oriented programs of industrial subject had different vocational awareness and employment willingness caused from “regions”, “subjects”, “work experience” and “reasons for studying”. Fifth, students on internship in employment-oriented programs of industrial subject would have different vocational awareness significantly influenced by “mentors from internship cooperative enterprises”, “programs distributed in the middle of the semester” and “irregular counselling by professional teachers”. Sixth, the vocational awareness of students on internship in employment-oriented programs of industrial subject had significant positive effect on employment willingness. As a result, the reliable suggestions from this study were proposed as references.
