學校社工師對兒少網路霸凌事件處遇經驗之研究

摘要


本研究旨在藉由了解學校社工師在兒少間網路霸凌的相關處遇經驗,以及其對於兒少間網路霸凌的看法與觀點,了解實務現況並提出相關建議與看法。本研究透過立意取樣,共邀請五位現任或曾任學校社工師,且具有兩年以上工作經驗,並有過兒少間網路霸凌處遇相關經驗之受訪者,並藉由深度訪談了解其如何詮釋與看待兒少間網路霸凌。研究結果如以下: 一、 在兒少網路霸凌的實務現況,發現以下情形:(一)兒少對於網路使用風險的瞭解不足;(二)學校對於網路霸凌嚴重性了解不足;(三)學校社工師服務模式影響介入程度。 二、 學校社工師在兒少網路霸凌的處理重點,多是作為支援的角色,包含著重強化初級預防、協助友善校園的落實,以及依各校輔導資源與實務需求做資源的補位。 三、 學校社工在處理兒少網路霸凌所面臨的困境,在政策面上,現行準則與法規部分不符網路霸凌處遇需求;在實務面上,則包含家長拒絕配合或干涉處遇決策,或學校在相關專業知能上或介入意願低落之情形。 並依據以上研究結論,提出兒少網路霸凌的防制與服務處遇上之相關建議:在政策面上,可依網路霸凌特性建立貼近實務的指引工具;實務面上,包含前端預防增加與學校社工師的合作、以及促進機構與跨系統的合作等。

The study aims to understand the experiences and perspectives of school social workers in cyberbullying interventions. The researcher invited five participants who are or were school social workers for at least two years. They also had the experiences in cyberbullying intervention. Through conducting in-depth interview, know how they take serious and what’s their views of cyberbullying interventions. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Some circumstances which find in cyberbully between children are (1) Children know little about the risks of using internet; (2) Schools understand less severity in cyberbullying; (3) The serving model of school social worker influences how they could intervene. 2. The roles of school social worker are mostly as a supporter in intervening the cyberbullying, including strengthening primitive preventions, helping friendly campus policy, and to support schools depending the counselling resources and needs. 3. The difficulties which the school social workers face in cyberbullying are: some of the rules and laws are not matching the needs in cyberbullying interventions; the parents refuse to cooperate or breaking the interventions, also the schools have low professional or wills to intervene cyberbullying. According to the research, several suggestions are mentioned in preventing and cyberbullying interventions: In policy, to build practice guiding tools depends on the characteristics of cyberbullying; In practice, to give more primitive preventions, more cooperation with school social workers, and to promote cooperation in organizations and intersystem.
