新北市國中童軍團長實施歌唱活動之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討新北市國中童軍團長對實施童軍歌唱活動之價值看法,與其在童軍歌唱活動之實施情形。本研究採調查研究,以新北市童軍團長為研究對象,透過問卷及訪談方式蒐集資料。首先,在價值看法部分以自編問卷作為研究工具,發出75份正式問卷,共回收69份,全為有效問卷。接著,在實施情形部分以半結構式訪談大綱作為研究工具,從問卷樣本中選取6位個案團長進行訪談。 本研究之主要發現如下: 一、童軍團長對童軍訓練場合中,歌唱活動有助於營造團體活動氣氛與提供個人休閒娛樂的價值最為認同。不同畢業科系及參加童軍團經驗的童軍團長對於提升團隊榮譽價值的看法有所差異。 二、童軍團長對童軍集會場合中,歌唱活動有助於凝聚團隊精神與提供個人休閒娛樂的價值最為認同。不同畢業科系的童軍團長對於提升團隊榮譽價值的看法有所差異。 三、童軍團長在童軍歌唱活動選曲的主要考量為增進學習動機與營造活動氣氛。 四、童軍團長在進行歌曲教唱時常運用模唱、聆聽及觀摩的方式,在歌唱呈現時常結合肢體動作及團隊遊戲等活動。 最後根據研究結果,對童軍團長以及未來研究提出建議,以作為參考之用。

The purpose of this study was to understand the junior high school scoutmaster's values and implementation on the scout singing activities in New Taipei City. This was a survey study, taking the New Taipei City Scout scoutmasters as the research subjects, collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. In the opinions of the value the researcher adopted a self-designed questionnaire as the instrument. 75 questionnaires were sent out, and 69 questionnaires were returned. Then, in the situation of the implementation, the researcher used a semi-structured interview outline as the instrument and selected 6 case scoutmasters from the questionnaire subjects for interviews. The main findings of this research were as follows: 1. The scoutmasters agreed that scout singing activities could create a positive group activity atmosphere and provide personal leisure and entertainment in the scout training occasions. However, scoutmasters with different degrees and scouting experiences had different opinions on enhancing the value of team honor. 2. The scoutmasters agreed that scout singing activities could help build teamwork spirits and provide personal leisure and entertainment in the scout troop meeting occasions. However, the scoutmasters with different degrees and scouting experiences had different opinions on enhancing the value of team honor. 3. The scoutmasters’ main considerations of selecting songs for the scout singing activities were promoting learning motivation and creating a teamwork atmosphere. 4. The scoutmasters often applied the ways of by rote singing, listening and observing while teaching songs, and often combined body movement and team games while presenting songs. Finally, according to the research conclusion, the researcher made relevant suggestions for the scoutmasters, and future research studies.
