近年來,臺灣新住民不斷增加,在臺灣也越來越多新住民子女因為家庭的因素,需要銜轉臺灣與其他國家的教育體制。這些新住民子女銜接臺灣的教育後,學習與生活方面遇到困難重重,在適應臺灣生活與學校的環境過程中,最大困難為語言障礙。本研究之研究目的欲了解新住民跨國銜轉學生華語補救教學之現況,與了解銜轉學生對於華語輔導之需求。本研究結果發現: 一、銜轉學生輔導之狀況主要是靠教師的教學,家長因為語言能力限制,所以在輔導方面無法提供幫助,銜轉學生在學習態度方面很好,但缺乏學習動機,較易因情緒起伏而影響學習。 二、華語教師在教學過程中遇到很多困難如語言限制、缺乏教銜轉學生經驗、學生的心理障礙、學生缺乏學習動機、差異性教學、上課時間有限,其中最常遇到的困難是學生心理障礙的問題。 三、輔導銜轉學生之教材:目前大部分老師表示沒有或不確定是否有適合銜轉學生之教材,所以使用之教材主要為自編教材,其次才是國中小學課本、專門的華語教材。 四、銜轉學生與家長表示華語輔導對銜轉學生很有幫助,在學習華語的內容方面,銜轉學生表示喜歡有關生活化的主題。 最後,針對本研究結果,提出建議希望對於華語輔導教師與政府機構及相關教育單位能有所幫助。
In recent years, more and more children of these new residents in Taiwan have been transited to the education systems of Taiwan and other countries. After transition to education of Taiwan, these new residents' children will encounter many difficulties in living and learning. The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of Chinese remedial teaching for these children, and the demand of Chinese remedial teaching. The study has findings: 1. The status of transferee students' tutoring mainly depends on teachers' teaching. Parents cannot help a lot. Students have a good learning situation, but lack of learning motivation, and are easily affected by bad learning mood. 2. Chinese teachers encounter many difficulties in the teaching process , the most commonly encountered difficulty is students' psychological barriers. 3. Teaching materials for transferee students: Most teachers indicate that they do not have or are not sure whether there are suitable teaching materials. 4. Transferee students and their parents said that Chinese language tutoring are very helpful. In terms of learning Chinese, they like the topic of living. Finally, this study makes some suggestions for Chinese language tutors and government agencies and related education units.
