本研究之研究目的,包括:探討家事類科技藝競賽的訓練策略、調查不同年度服裝類職種選手的訓練滿意度、探討不同年度服裝類職種選手在不同背景變項對訓練滿意度之差異情形。本研究以問卷調查方法來蒐集服裝技藝競賽選手對訓練的接受程度,樣本為參加全國高級中等學校102、103學年度家事類科學生技藝競賽服裝類職種(服裝製作及服裝設計)之參賽選手。 研究結果整理如後: 在訓練策略部份,包括:教師教學檔案的完整、綜合性實踐訓練課程的開設、各種訓練課程均有考核標準、改革教學方法和手段,推廣多媒體教學。 在訓練滿意度部份,其構面包括:1.學校資源與校外資源,2.教師指導及訓練內容,3.個人學習及未來發展,4.訓練策略,而103學年度選手隊訓練的滿意程度較102學年度的選手高。 在訓練策略與訓練滿意度關聯性部份,在不同科別、選手別、參與訓練經驗及參加全國競賽經驗等具有關聯。
The purpose of this research including: explore the training strategies of clothing cluster; explore the training satisfaction of competitors, explore different analysis background variables in training satisfaction. In this study, by using a questionnaire survey to collect acceptance of training.The samples are for school year 102,103 students in the contestants. The results are summarized as follows: 1.The training strategy part, Complete teaching files, comprehensive practical training courses offer a variety of training courses are assessment standards, the reform of teaching methods and means to promote multimedia teaching.2. The satisfaction part, (1)school resources and external resources, (2) the guidance of teachers and training content, (3) personal learning and future development, (4). training strategies,training satisfaction average scorce in school year 103 is higher than school year 102,.3.Training strategy and training satisfaction correlation part is different divisions, ,players ,the training experience ,and national competitions experience with the good correlation.
