電子化歷程檔案應用於專業發展之系統規劃與設計─以中華民國圖書館學會網站為例

摘要


人們在各專業領域不斷地發展,過程中所留下的蛛絲馬跡與成果,都能幫助自我實踐與持續成長,拜科技進步與網路發展所賜,「電子化歷程檔案」能夠將這些證據數位化保存下來。近年來臺灣已有許多大專院校將電子化歷程檔案運用於學校教育,但鮮少以專業發展為取向之電子化歷程檔案供專業從業人員彙整、展示其於專業領域內的各項紀錄與成果。 有鑑於此,本研究乃建置符合專業發展之電子化歷程檔案系統,依循系統開發生命週期瀑布模式之系統規劃、系統分析、系統設計、系統建置、系統運行五階段,透過Drupal內容管理平台設計並建置屬於中華民國圖書館學會之電子化歷程檔案系統,並將本系統之歷程檔案內容以資源描述框架格式轉換成為鏈結資料,藉此使用者能將分散於各處的歷程檔案加以連結、整合。 系統完成上線後,以網路問卷調查使用者對於本研究建置之電子化歷程檔案各項功能與整體滿意度,結果顯示本系統對多數使用者而言接受與滿意度頗高,認為本系統有助於記錄與呈現專業發展歷程,且對其在圖書資訊學專業領域發展有所助益。

The traces and achievements that people leave in the process of their continuously professional development can help them evolve constantly and make self-practice. Due to the modern technology and Internet, the electronic portfolio (e-Portfolio) is able to store these evidences in digital way. In recent years, there are many e-Portfolios are implemented for students’ education in colleges in Taiwan, meanwhile rarely for professional development. For this reason, this study aims to design and build an e-Portfolio system which is in line with professional development. This study followed the 5 steps of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to build an e-Portfolio system by Drupal for Library Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Furthermore, the data in this e-Portfolio system is converted into liked data using Resource Description Framework (RDF). Thereby, users can link and integrate their other e-Portfolios spreading everywhere. Finally, this study evaluated this e-Portfolio system by an online questionnaire to understand users’ satisfaction of the functions and the whole system. The results showed that most users had high acceptance and satisfaction to the system. This system is helpful for recording and displaying their process of professional development as well as for their development in the field of Library and Information Science.
