國中生校園經驗、道德疏離與人際負向互動行為之關係研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解國中生校園經驗、道德疏離與人際負向互動行為之關係,使用問卷調查法之量化設計,以「國中生校園生活經驗調查問卷」為研究工具;量表分為個人背景、校園經驗、道德認知判斷與人際負向互動行為四個部分,其中個人背景變項包括生理性別、年級、家庭主要管教方式及父母親職業類別四個變項;校園經驗包含課業投入及人際互動兩個向度;道德疏離包括道德論證、婉轉標示、優勢比較、責任轉置、曲解結果、非人性化及責難歸因七個因素;人際負向互動行為包括言語霸凌、肢體霸凌、關係霸凌、性別霸凌、反擊型霸凌、網路霸凌六種霸凌行為。 研究者以桃園市的公立國民中學學生為研究對象,抽樣採分層隨機抽樣的方式進行問卷調查,藉由文獻探討以及問卷調查結果,分別進行描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行量化分析,最後進行結果歸納,研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國中生之校園經驗屬中高程度;道德疏離屬中等偏低程度;人際負向互動行為屬中等偏低程度。 二、在校園經驗上,不同年級、家庭主要管教方式及父母親職業類別的國中生具有顯著差異;在道德疏離上,不同父母親職業類別的國中生具有顯著差異;在人際負向互動行為上,不同生理性別、年級、家庭主要管教方式及父母親職業類別的國中生有部分達顯著差異。 三、國中生的校園經驗與人際負向互動行為呈現低度負相關;道德疏離與人際負向互動行為呈現高度正相關。 四、國中生的個人背景、校園經驗、道德疏離對人際負向互動行為具顯著的解釋力,解釋力為48.3%。 本研究根據研究結果,對於預防學生出現人際負向互動行為的建議:一、對學校政策方面:(一)針對不同年級的國中生,給予不同的輔導策略。(二)辦理親職教育相關活動。(三)規劃道德認知判斷相關課程或活動。二、對國中教師方面:(一)加強班級經營,建立教師與學生間的良好關係。(二)經常給予學生支持與關懷。最後,對後續研究亦提出建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between high school students' campus experience, moral disengagement, and negative interpersonal interaction . The quantitative design of questionnaire survey method is used. The scale was divided into four parts: personal background, campus experience, moral cognitive judgment and negative interpersonal interaction. Variations of personal background included four variables: gender, grade, main family discipline style and parental occupation type. The campus experience includes academic learning, peer interaction and teacher-student interaction; Moral disengagement includes seven factors: moral justification, euphemistic labeling, advantageous comparison, displacement of responsibility, distorting the consequences, dehumanization and attribution of blame. Campus bullying includes counter bullying, cyber bullying, verbal bullying, physical bullying, relational bullying and sexual bullying. Researchers in taoyuan city public national secondary school students as the research object, the sampling questionnaire survey was conducted by stratified random sampling way, by literature review and questionnaire survey, respectively described statistics, t test, one-way anova, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods for quantitative analysis, finally summarized research results, The results are summarized as follows: 1.The campus experience of taoyuan junior high school students is medium to high level; Moral disengagement is a medium to low degree level and the level of negative interpersonal interaction is medium to low level. 2.In terms of campus experience, there are significant differences among junior high school students in different grades, main parenting styles and occupational categories of their parents; As to moral disengagement, there are significant differences among students with different parental occupations and for interpersonal negative interaction, there are some significant differences among students of different biological sex, grade, main family parenting style and parents' occupation. 3.The campus experience of junior high school students is negatively correlated with negative interpersonal interaction and there is a high positive correlation between moral alienation and negative interpersonal interaction. 4.The personal background, campus experience and moral disengagement of junior high school students have a significant explanatory power to the negative interpersonal interaction behavior, and the explanatory power is 48.3%. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are given to prevent students from having negative interpersonal interaction:a. School policies:different counseling strategies should be given to junior high school students of different grades and parent education related activities should be held. Finally, plan courses or activities for moral cognition and judgment. b. For the junior high school teachers:strengthen class management and establish a good relationship between teachers and students. Additionaly, provide students with constant support and care. Finally, some suggestions for further research are proposed.
