籃球員個人運動儀式形塑之歷程

摘要
本研究之目的為分析籃球員個人運動儀式形塑之歷程，並從心理及社會的觀點探究儀式如何對籃球員產生功能及意義。本研究使用半結構式深度訪談法訪問四位現役甲組籃球員。研究結果顯示籃球員個人運動儀式形塑之歷程是動態且連續性的過程，儀式會反覆出現於「練習－比賽－練習」的循環性過程，體現運動中求勝和自我表現提升的信念體系。籃球員運動儀式可以分為個人和團隊，個人儀式行為的形塑主要受到運動目標、社會化媒介的互動及球員角色影響，團隊儀式則是根據團隊的文化及精神價值，在相似的儀式中有所變化。而籃球員個人運動儀式功能及意義會呈現類似宗教儀式的特質，除了對運動員產生心理安定、狀態轉換，也會對球隊產生凝聚、規訓的社會意義，儼然建構成一種「準宗教」的儀式。

The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of basketball players sport ritual and explore effects of sport ritual to basketball players from psychological and social point of view. Drawn from semi-structured in-depth interviews with four Division 1 basketball players, this research reports that development of basketball players sport ritual is a dynamic and continuous process. It appears repeatedly in the process of “practice-competition-practice”, showing basketball players’ faith of pursuit of victory and improving self-performance. Basketball players sport ritual includes individual and team. The development of personal sport ritual is affected by the goal, interaction of sport socializing agents and the role of players, while team rituals are based on the team’s cultural and spiritual values. The effects of basketball players sport ritual present similar characteristics to religious rituals. In addition to regulating players’ emotion and having transition to players, it also brings out cohesion and discipline to the team, And it becomes a Quasi-religious ritual.
