臺北市運動中心滿意度現況與空間相關檢定之研究

目的：臺北市政府在12個行政區興建12座運動中心，並透過公開招標與評選優秀民間企業以委外經營方式進行營運管理，自2010年起已全數完工。然在這12座運動中心，其經營績效及鄰近之間的場館是否具有地理位置上的關係，則成為本研究的新議題。方法：本研究目的透過兩階段方式，先針對臺北市12座運動中心經營現況及滿意度進行調查，將經營現況資料配合GIS地理資訊系統，衡量臺北市這12座運動中心空間相關情形。分別陳述2015至2019年經營數據，最終計算運動中心空間相關情形及空間檢定結果。結果：臺北市12座運動中心各項消費者使用數據均呈現成長的趨勢、消費者重視運動中心的「環境設備」和「人員服務態度」、臺北市12座運動中心中，具有空間相關，相鄰行政區的運動中心會因為具有空間相關，而讓位於鄰近、且滿意度較低的運動中心營運受到影響。

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use spatial correlation to explore the performance of spill test in 12 Taipei sports centers, and to fulfil the goal of the reference for the government, industries and researchers afterwards. Methods: The study of the state of operation and customer satisfaction with geographic information system were used to track and assess the performance and spatial correlations of 12 sports centers in Taipei for the period between 2015 and 2019, and the spatial correlations of the performance of the sports centers was figured from the performance evaluation results. Results: Between 2015 and 2019, the utilization of 12 sports centers in Taipei grew, and the customers especially considered the environment and the service they experienced in sports centers important. These 12 sports centers exhibited performance space spill.
