案例型商務華語教材研究與設計

A Study and Design of Case-Based Business Chinese Materials

摘要


現今華語學習者對專業華語的需求日漸多元化,其中對商務華語的需求為最大宗。而案例教學法因其教學原則與方法符合商務華語的教學目標,適合採用為商務華語教材的教學方法,現在市面上亦有多本案例型商務華語教材。   現在市面上雖有案例型商務華語教材,但尚無以臺灣的商務市場與企業案例為根據的案例型商務華語教材,因此本研究先評估十冊案例型商務華語教材,再結合文獻調查所統整之資料與評鑑結果,編撰以呈現臺灣企業現狀為本的案例型華語教材範例。在教材評鑑方面,目前雖已有許多通用華語教材評鑑表和專業華語教材評鑑表,但尚未有針對案例型商務華語教材的評鑑標準,故本研究亦以案例教學法及商務華語教材編寫相關之文獻為基礎,並參考現有的華語教材評鑑標準,擬製出一份案例型商務華語教材評鑑表。

Chinese learners’ demand for Chinese for Specific Purposes (CSP) has been increasing and diversified, and the demand for business Chinese is the greatest among them. Since the teaching principles and approaches of case-based method are compatible with the teaching objectives of business Chinese, it is now widely adapted and integrated into business Chinese textbooks.   Despite the fact that there are dozens of case-based business Chinese textbooks available currently, none of them incorporates the cases in Taiwan. Thus, this study refers to current literature on cased-based Business Chinese, as well as existing evaluation standards for both the general Chinese language textbooks and Business Chinese textbooks, to produce an evaluation form specifically for case-based Business Chinese textbooks. Then, the study compiles a case-based Business Chinese textbook regarding the business cases in Taiwan and evaluates the textbook with the newly-produced form. With regard to the evaluation form for case-based Business Chinese textbooks, there is not any specifically intended for the purpose before, even though there are already some evaluation standards designed for general Chinese textbooks and a few for CSP textbooks. Therefore, this study refers to current literature on case-based method to produce one, and then utilizes the form to evaluate the case-based Business Chinese textbook of the study accordingly.
