Advocacy has been one of the most important methods in social work. It is a process of working with service users or providing services on behalf of service users. Social workers expect that the society could develop in a more equitable way, so service users could enjoy a more fair and just society through advocacy. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for social workers who are currently on the road of advocacy or who want to be advocators by recording the advocacy experience and working methods of senior social workers. The researcher interviewed three senior social workers with advocacy experience and found that social work advocacy is not a simple path, nor does it have a fixed model. It requires the right time, right place, and right people to facilitate the change of society. Additionally, this study found that the professional inheritance and training are insufficient so far, and it is hoped that more social workers will be involved in advocacy work in the future.
