The purpose of this study was to understand which social networks have been the clients used, and how the experiences were. Analysis the experiences of 82 clients who were seeking help of the Center for Community Counseling in NCUE. Data were collected in the phase of intake, what categories of resources/ networks that clients have been used within this regard. Results indicated that there was not a consistent relationship between the duration of problems and the amount and categories of utilizing social networks. The teachers were the most important resources for the problems of children and adolescents. They provided for the parents understanding what’s the disturbed behaviors with their child in school, and what resources they could refer. The categories of resources that adult clients have sought for their own problems had some different individually.
