臺灣運動保健業從業人員職能基準之研究

A Study of the Occupational Competency Standard for Sports and Health Practitioners in Taiwan

摘要


為培養增進國人工作技能促進產業發展,政府積極推廣職能基準相關政策,冀望透過相關職能基準建置,以作此產業未來選、訓、育、用、留參考標準。「職能」可說是知識、技術、技巧、態度的綜合能力,而這些能力有助於提升個人其工作效率。本研究目的是針對運動保健業從業人員建立其所屬類別(職類別、職業別、行業別)、工作描述與基準級別,以作為後續建構各項工作職責的基礎。透過半結構式深入訪談、照片輔助以及文本分析法來蒐集資料,本研究結果有一、因中華民國行業標準分類無明確分類運動保健業,未來三到五年之職能基準名稱可繼續使用運動保健業;二、入行門檻:需考取相關證照,專業技術層面需要相關科系畢業,而一般行政面不限;三、最多數工作職責對應的基準級別為五;四、運動保健業從業人員主要職能基準分為6個主要工作職責、13項工作任務、12個工作產出與36項行為指標;五、教育訓練課程建議方案為建立完整運動保健業課程系統與職前、在職中教育訓練;六、一位稱職的運動保健業從業人員應具備知識層面:運動防護專業科學、運動防護基礎科學與基本急救與基礎醫學相關知識;技能層面:溝通協調、問題分析、問題解決與合作協調能力;態度層面:謹慎細心、彈性與尊重同理的態度。

In order to increase individual career abilities to facilitate industry development, government has been promoting policies relating to functional benchmarks which can later serve as reference criteria for choosing, training, cultivating and employing. Competency can represent one’s comprehensive capability including knowledge, skills, techniques and attitude which can improve one’s working efficiency. The main purpose of this research is to categorize sports health practitioners in to different areas; to construct job description and benchmark level; and to construct basics for different job responsivity in the future. Data collection involving the semi-structured in-depth interview method, photo assisting and text analyzing.Results of this research including: 1. Because there is no clear classification of the sports health industry in the industry standard classification of the Republic of China, the functional benchmark name in the next three to five years can continue to use the sports health industry. 2. Career entry requires relative certification and profession skills can only be provided by those who majors in relative field, while administrative aspect has no such limit. 3. The most numerous job responsibilities work difficulty is five. 4. Major career abilities of sports health practitioners can be categorized into 5 major job responsibilities, 13 job tasks, 12 productions and 36 behavior indicators. 5. Recommended training courses plan is to construct an integrated sports health course system and pre/post career training. 6. A competent sports health practitioner should have knowledge level: professional science of sports protection, basic science of sports protection and basic first aid and basic medicine; skill level: communication Coordination, problem analysis, problem solving and cooperation coordination ability.; Attitude level: cautious, flexible and respectful attitude.
