臺灣競技體操發現況之實證研究

本研究欲探討臺灣競技體操政策之執行狀況，以目前競技運動選、訓、賽、輔、獎制度為本文基礎架構，逐一探討各層面之發展現況，並採以質性研究法，透過相關文獻資料回顧，並實際訪談各領域先進之方式進行探討。研究結果發現，目前在競技運動體系的建置上，各階段尚存有諸多繁複問題，導致在政策執行上的困難，包含體操運動人口普及度不足、訓練資源分配有待集中、教練員知能管理有待提升、以及運動人才培育的銜接性不夠綿密、精進。因此，建議相關管理單位應：一、活化基層運動風氣；二、落實重點學校發展；三、優化教練員知能素質並持續努力；四、強化各階段體系銜接等面項的著手改善，有助於臺灣體操能有更進一步的發展，同時也為競技運動體制樹立管理之典範。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation status of Taiwan's competitive gymnastics policy, and to use the current competitive sports selection, training, match, auxiliary, and award systems as the basis for this article, to discuss the development status of each level one by one, and to adopt qualitative research methods through related documents. Data review, and actual interviews in various areas of advanced methods to explore. The study found that at present, there are many complicated problems in the construction of the competitive sports system at each stage, which leads to difficulties in policy implementation, including lack of popularization of gymnastics population, allocation of training resources to be concentrated, and coaches knowing how to manage The connection between promotion and sports talent cultivation is not dense and sophisticated. Therefore, it is recommended that the relevant management units should: First, activate the grassroots sports atmosphere; Second, implement the development of key schools; Third, optimize the coaches' ability to know and continue efforts; Fourth, to strengthen the phase of system convergence and other aspects of the project to improve, will help Taiwan's gymnastics can further develop, and at the same time establish a model of management for the competitive sports system.
