員工體驗與雇主品牌吸引力之關聯性-員工世代之差異

摘要


本研究之主要目的,為探討X、Y、Z世代之現職員工對於員工體驗與雇主品牌吸引力關係是否具有顯著差異。本研究採用問卷調查法,使用便利抽樣,共發放221份問卷,並總共回收214份有效問卷。根據研究結果顯示,員工體驗中的文化環境正向影響雇主品牌吸引力;關於員工世代的調節效果,Z世代相較X世代、Y世代在員工體驗中的文化環境與科技環境,與雇主品牌吸引力之關係中具有顯著差異,在文化環境中,X世代員工相較於Y與Z世代員工更能對組織產生雇主品牌吸引力;在科技環境中,Z世代與Y世代員工相較於X世代員工更能對組織產生雇主品牌吸引力。希冀藉由研究得出之結果,提供企業對於組織內如何建立員工體驗以及雇主品牌吸引力具有更廣泛的理解與建議。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether there are significant differences in the relationship between employee experience and employer brand attractiveness among current employees of different generations. This study used convenience sampling to collect data, the survey gathered 214 valid samples. According to the research results, cultural environment positively associated with the attractiveness of employer brand, and the Generation X and Generation Z have significant differences in the relationship between cultural environment and technological environment to employer brand attractiveness. It is hoped that the results of the research will provide companies with a broader understanding and advice on how to build employee experience and employer brand attractiveness within the organization.
