電視新聞記者與新媒體工作者新聞處理差異─以公視新聞及P#新聞實驗室為例
The differences in news productions between TV journalist and new media workers – the case of PTS news and P# newslab.
摘要
數位科技進步，使得網路、行動裝置、社群平台發展蓬勃，社會大眾要想了解最即時的訊息，不再只依靠電視、報紙等傳播媒介，而是隨時隨地都能利用行動裝置來獲取，這也連帶影響到傳統的電視新聞傳播方式。當網路等平台逐漸取代電視新聞，成為民眾獲取新聞資訊的主要管道時，電視台也開始轉型、朝新媒體領域發展。因此，傳統電視新聞記者和新媒體工作者間，在新聞處理和詮釋方面有何不同，也值得深入研究。本研究探討電視新聞記者和新媒體工作者，對於新聞詮釋和處理等不同，是否會造成新聞價值等相關影響。以公共電視新聞部的採訪組和P#新聞實驗室為主軸，針對公共電視的中高階決策主管、執行主管、新聞記者及新媒體工作者進行深度訪談，以期了解在新媒體時代下，公共電視所採取的相關因應策略，以及新聞記者和新媒體工作者的組織、人員差異，對於新聞處理、篩選等觀念是否會涉及新聞守門人、新聞倫理等議題。

The advancement of digital technology has led to the rapid developments of Internet, mobile devices, and social platforms. The public could gain the most real-time information with mobile devices regardless of time and place, rather than only rely on traditional media such as television and newspapers. In the world where new media has become the major source for the public to obtain news information, traditional media adapted by opening to new media and even adopting new media technology. In this context where traditional and new media coexist, the differences in news processing and interpretation of the journalists and workers between traditional television news and new media is worth for study. This study explores whether the differences in the interpretation and processing of news between the journalists and workers of television and new media have effects on factors such as news value. Two object groups of the Taiwanese Public Television Service (PTS) have been investigated and compared in this study: the interviewer-team of the News Department and the P# Newsleb. We conducted in-depth interviews with middle and high-level decision-makers, executives, journalists and workers from both departments of traditional news broadcasting and new media of the PTS, in order to understand the coping strategies of the PTS in the Era of new Media. Furthermore, this study has also analyzed whether the relevant coping strategies adopted by the PTS, as well as the differences of the organizations and personnel of journalists and workers between the PTS News Department and P# Newsleb, in particular the concepts of news processing and screening will have impacts on issues of news gatekeepers, journalistic ethics and so on.
