This study aimed to research literatures related to physical fitness and academic performance by using Airiti Library and HyRead Journal. The research suggested that the following topic could be devided into three parts— development period, fast-growing period, and precipitation period. Now we are undergoing the third phase. On the research of 32- related studies, the results showed that physical fitness and academic performance had positive correlations. The impact factors included: 1. exercise could promote brain cognitive function, learning attitude and self-confidence. 2. Mathematic was the most relevant subject to physical fitness. 3. Cardiorespiratory fitness was highly related to academic performance.
