目的:本研究探討以等長收縮形式誘發活化後增能作用的熱身方式,在不同運動量 及恢復時間下,對射箭瞄準穩定性的影響。方法:招募 10 名大專甲組射箭選手,隨機 進行固定拉距最大力量引弓 3 秒 3 組、3 秒 5 組、5 秒 3 組、5 秒 5 組共 4 種不同運動量 及 4 分鐘、8 分鐘 12 分鐘共 3 種不同恢復時間的活化後增能作用熱身及一般熱身,隨後 進行 30 公尺計時發射 6 箭計分測驗,並分別使用 VICON Blue Trident IMU 慣性感測器 收集於放箭前一秒弓身的三軸加速度數值及 Mantis X8 Archery 瞄準軌跡訓練器收集每 箭之穩定性分數,以 One-way ANOVA 檢定熱身效果對瞄準穩定性的差異,顯著水準值 訂為 α = .05。結果:一、進行活化後增能作用熱身之放箭前一秒之弓身穩定度無顯著差 異。二、進行活化後增能作用熱身之瞄準軌跡訓練器之穩定性分數無顯著差異。三、進 行活化後增能作用熱身之平均箭值為 9.3 至 9.7 分,一般熱身之平均箭值為 9.1 分,兩者 間未達顯著差異水準 (p=.0512)。結論:活化後增能作用對於提升瞄準穩定性無顯著效 果。
Purpose: This study investigates the effect of the post-activation potentiation in the form of isometric contraction warm-up method, on the stability of archery aiming under different exercise amount and recovery times. Methods: 10 college archery players were recruited, randomly perform fixed length maximum voluntary bow drawing 3 set of 3 seconds, 5 set of 3 seconds, 3 set of 5 seconds, 5 set of 5 seconds, a total of 4 different exercise amount and 4 minutes, 8 minutes and 12 minutes, 3 different recovery time, and normal warm-up. Then conduct a 30-meter timed launch of 6 arrows scoring test, and VICON Blue Trident IMU inertial sensor was used to collect the three-axis acceleration of one second before the arrow is released, and Mantis X8 Archery Training Tool was used to collect the stability score of the riser. One-way ANOVA was used for test the difference between the warm-up effect. The significance level was set at α = .05. Results: 1. No significant difference w
