一所國中專業學習社群體現教師領導之校訂課程實踐研究

摘要


隨著十二國民基本教育的推動,108課綱要求各級中等學校及國民小學在部定課程的教導外,形塑符合各校教育願景的校訂課程,設計與規劃適合各校的彈性學習課程,強化學生適性發展。校訂課程促使學校組織進行變革,改變了學校的教育地景。本研究係以宜蘭縣立樂揚國中(化名)的前導社群為研究個案,探究個案學校的前導社群在108課綱校訂課程的政策施力下,其校訂課程的發展模式,及參與前導社群的教師,為推動校訂課程所產生的教師領導知覺與作為,以及其領導行動對於社群組織和課程發展的影響。 本研究採個案研究取徑,以訪談、文件分析、觀察等方式進行資料蒐集,透過研究者對研究資料進行理解、分析與詮釋後,歸納研究結論如下: 一、專業學習社群的體質良窳會影響教師領導發散。 二、專業學習社群為達教師增能的目的,需要有計畫經費的挹注。 三、專業學習社群處於不同發展階段時,教師領導的角色重心與作為會有所不同。 四、社群組織和教師領導聯動下會影響校訂課程的發展樣態。 五、學校發展校訂課程仍有人員面、結構面、技術面的困難與挑戰待決。 根據上述研究發現與結論,提出相關建議,以供學校、教育主管機關及未來研究之參考。

With the launch of 12-Year Basic Education, high schools and elementary schools are required to develop curriculums based on the educational vision of each school. School-based curriculum may accelerate the reform of school organization and change the school organizational climate. In this research, the PLC of Yueyang Junior High School (pseudonym) in Yilan County was taken as the research case to find out the development model of school-based curriculum, the teachers’ perception and actions of teacher leadership by implementing school-based curriculum, and the impact of teacher leadership on community organization and curriculum development. The research is based on interviews, observation, and documentary analysis. Through the researcher’s comprehension, analysis and interpretation, the results are as follows: 1. The quality of PLC has an effect on teacher leadership. 2. In order to achieve the goal of teacher empowerment, project subsidies are necessary for PLC. 3. The role as well as the actions of teacher leadership vary between PLC development stages. 4. The connection between community organization and teacher leadership affects the development process of school-based curriculum. 5. There are difficulties and challenges, concerning personnel, structural, and technical aspects, in the development of school-based curriculum. Based on the above results, the research may provide advice for schools, competent authorities and future research.
