桃園縣一般民眾綠建築素養之研究

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討桃園縣一般民眾的綠建築素養。本研究以「民眾綠建築素養」問卷為工具,針對一般民眾進行問卷調查,獲得有效問卷485份。整體而言,女性的綠建築素養高於男性;各年齡組別的綠建築素養,在各個分量表上的分數大致接近,唯一例外的是61歲以上的受試者在「認知」部分的得分明顯較其他年齡組別低;從「教育程度」對於綠建築的素養影響得知,大專及碩士程度者對綠建築的認知較高,其次為高中職及國初中程度者。此外,受試者在「新生態典範」的三項指標的得分相對偏低;而對不利於環境的行為上,受試者的「罪惡感」則相對高於「羞恥感」。據此,本研究認為政府應加強民眾的環境素養,培養民眾「節能減碳」的生活行為,將有助於綠建築政策的推動。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the general public’s Green Building Literacy in Taoyuan County. The survey was conducted in 2012 using the green building literacy questionnaire and 485 valid samples were obtained. The results showed that female is generally more literate than male. There is not much different in scores of each component of green building literacy for all ages, except the low scores of cognition domain for those older than 61 year-old. People with higher education have better knowledge of green building than those without college education. The respondents generally lack a broad environmental worldview according to their low scores on the NEP scale. When the respondents were asked if they have ever done anything harmful to the environment, they feel guiltier than shame in terms of moral emotion. This study suggested that the government should strengthen the public’s environmental literacy and let the concept of “energy saving and carbon reduction” melt into the public’s daily life in order to help promoting the green building policy.
