The main purpose of this study is to explore the high school military training instructors’ 24 hour duty mode, job and family conflict, and job satisfaction. In this study, in-depth interview approach was used for data collection and analysis. Through 7 interviews of this private high school in Taoyuan, there were some interesting findings: 1. "Take care the family, and stable the life." is the main factor that officers transferred to military training instructors. 2. "Seeking assistance and adjusting the attitude" is the best way to adapt school life. 3. "24 hour duty mode" is not only the working pressure source of the military training instructors, but also an important factor between job and family conflict. 4. "24 hour duty mode" affects military training instructors' job satisfaction. Finally, this study also proposed conclusions and provided recommendations for future reference researchers.
