家長參與、校長正向領導及教師人格特質對國中教師專業承諾之影響─以桃園市為例

A study of Parental Participation, Principal’s Positive Leadership, Internal Locus of Control on Junior High School Teacher’s Professional Commitment – The Case of Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市國中教師的教師專業承諾及其相關因素。本研究以桃園市190名教師為樣本,使用「桃園市國中教師專業承諾現況之調查問卷」為研究工具,將所得的量化資料採取描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、迴歸分析進行統計分析。 本研究主要結論包含: 一、國中教師專業承諾現況屬於中上程度,平均分數高低依序為樂業投 入、留任意願、 專業認同、研究進修。 二、性別及學歷不同的國中教師在教師專業承諾上有顯著差異(女性高於 男性、研究所畢業高於師範體系畢業)。 三、校長的正向領導與教師專業承諾呈顯著正相關。 四、內控人格特質與教師專業承諾呈顯著正相關。 五、家長參與對教師專業承諾之留任意願層面具有預測力。 六、根據統計結果,桃園市國中教師之專業承諾影響因素中,以校長正向 領導、內控人格特質最具有預測力。 根據上述結論,本研究分別就教育行政機關、學校單位及桃園市國中教師提出建議,以供參考。

The purpose of the study was to investigate junior high school teacher’s professional commitment and its related factors in Taoyuan City. 190 Taoyuan City junior high school teachers filled in the questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The major conclusions of the study were summarized as followings: 1. Taoyuan City junior high school teacher’s professional commitment is above the average percentage;the layers according to the average grades listed below in sequence were inputs of work , desire of staying in work , identification of specialty, pursuing further education. 2. Significant differences are shown in the Taoyuan City junior high school teacher’ gender and academic background on teacher’s professional commitment. 3. Significant positive correlation shows between principal’s positive leadership and teacher’s professional commitment. 4. Significant positive correlation shows between internal locus of control and teacher’s professional commitment. 5. Parental participation predicted desire of staying in work layer of teacher’s professional commitment. 6. According to the results of the statics, the most predicted factors were principal’s positive leadership and internal locus of control to the Taoyuan City junior high school teacher’ professional commitment. Based on the conclusions, some suggestions were proposed to and educational Authority concerned , school and junior high school teachers of Taoyuan City.
