The Influence of Explanatory Style and Positive Emotion on Life Satisfaction

摘要

本研究旨在討論大學生的解釋風格與正向情緒對生活滿意度之影響，並探討正向情緒的中介角色。本研究以桃園市某科技大學的學生為研究對象，採問卷調查法，所得資料以SPSS18.0中文視窗版軟體作為主要的資料分析工具，進行敘述性統計、信度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析。實證結果顯示： 一、大學生的解釋風格對生活滿意度有顯著正向影響。 二、大學生的解釋風格對正向情緒有顯著正向影響。 三、大學生的正向情緒對生活滿意度有顯著正向影響。 四、大學生的正向情緒對解釋風格與生活滿意度具有完全中介效果。 最後，依據研究結果與討論，提出管理及實務建議，以及未來的研究建議與方向。

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of college students' explanatory style and positive emotion on life satisfaction, and to explore the intermediary role of positive emotion. A questionnaire survey was adopted in this study, and the students in a university of science and technology in Taoyuan were selected as the subjects. The data was analyzed with the SPSS18.0 by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The empirical results were shown as below:
1. The explanatory style of college students has a significantly positive influence on life satisfaction.
2. The explanatory style of college students has a significantly positive influence on positive emotion.
3. The positive emotion of college students has a significantly positive influence on life satisfaction.
4. For college students, the relationship between explanatory style and life satisfaction was completely mediated by positive emotion.
Finally, according to the results of the study, some suggestions are put forward for the reference of management practice and future study.
