本論文提出以Arduino實現遠距醫療健康照護系統中的血壓訊號監視器,它包含下列的兩大部份,分別是:(1)感測器與系統的連結:本單元之目的,是要完成“血壓訊號感測器”與“監視器系統”兩者之間的連結;當完成兩者之間的連結,監視器系統才能夠取得從外界送來的原始血壓訊號。(2)血壓訊號的傳送與接收:本單元之目的,是把監視器系統所取得的原始血壓訊號,先經過雜訊去除與訊號放大,而後再將此處理後的血壓訊號,傳送給他的家人或相關的醫護人員,監看老人身體健康的狀況,且在必要時可適時的提供緊急的救援。本血壓訊號監視器有如下的特點:(a)Wi-Fi無線上網技術,能即時傳送老人目前的血壓訊息;(b)監視器之結構簡單;(c)監視器容易操作;(d)本監視器具擴充性;(e)傳送血壓訊息的正確率高。另外,為了要評估本文所提之訊號監視器的遠距傳送與接收能力,本文將多人的血壓訊號,先經本文所提之血壓訊號監視器處理,接著是使用無線Wi-Fi及有線網路方式傳送,最後以手機或電腦接收所傳送過來的血壓相關訊息。經多次的測試,結果是手機所收到的訊息與原來傳送過來的訊息,兩者之內容都相同。依據測試的結果,證明本論文所提的血壓訊號監視器是一個有效的訊號監視器。
This study proposes Implementation of a Novel Blood Pressure Monitor of Telemedicine Health Care System by Arduino. It includes two major function parts, (1) linker of system and sensor which is responsible for communication of blood pressure sensor and monitor system, (2) transmitter and receiver of blood pressure which can amplifies noise-reduced blood pressure signals and then transmits them to his/her family and medical professionals for emergency relief if indeed. The proposed blood pressure monitor has the following features: (a) blood pressure is transmitted in real-time by Wi-Fi wireless technology, (b) easy structure, (c) easy operation, (d) easy function expansion, (e) low transmission error rate of blood pressure signals. Experimental results show that smart phones can receive correct blood pressure signals with very high rates.
