摘要

教育的優劣成敗，關係著國家當前的發展及未來的永續生存，因此，學校教育績效的評估制度對於學校的經營方向具有正向的助力；學校如何透過評估的結果，協助學校瞭解資源運用狀況、改善方向，及內控管理，皆為本文重要的研究動機。
本文將透過資料包絡分析法（DEA）的評估模式作為分析基礎，建立學校經營效率評估的客觀標準，並進一步診斷出學校經營的實際狀況，並針對問題提出策略建議，作為提升學校經營績效品質之依據。

The quality of education highly relates to the sustainable development of a nation. Therefore, evaluation of schools’ education system has great meanings for the management directions of schools. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the operating performance for national high schools located in Taoyuan and Shinchu counties by applying the data envelopment analysis (DEA). The empirical retults provide the useful information for the improvement of performance and quality of high school eduction.
