This study examines the key factors which affect Consumers' Purchase Decision on mobile games. We apply the Kano Model and the Refined Kano Model to investigate the quality attributes to Themed Restaurant. Questionnaire for the Kano Model and the Refined Kano Model is used to learn various quality attributes to consumer’s expectations. Finally, the methods of the I-S Model and the Improvement Index are presented to analyze of the results. This study provides the industry information on future sales of related products to be closer to consumer’s needs.
