消防人員執行緊急醫療救護之暴力危害保障機制探討-以新北市為例

目前台灣到院前緊急救護大多由各縣市政府消防局執行，而面對救護暴力衝突每年幾乎都在發生，因此處理有暴力傾向傷病患都要特別小心，且不知傷病患是否為法定傳染病患者或是暗藏器械，貿然上前搶救或是無做好正當自身保護，往往威脅到救護人員生的心理健康及職場安全，故救護暴力防範實在刻不容緩。如何能有效提升救護人員面對救護暴力臨機應變與防範處置，對於減少救護暴力發生及威脅，及後續可以協尋之法律保障，本文將以近年案件的探討及專家訪談，以消防人員與民眾雙方面進行問題分析思考解決及可行方式，提供改善並保障同仁們執行救護勤務時之策進作為。
