摘要

本研究係針對消防裝備、訓練與制度方面對於消防人員於火場安全性之相關性進行討論，並藉由國內外歷年的相關文獻、重大傷亡案例、消防月刊、火場生存訓練，來分析可以提升消防人員火場安全的措施與方法。
本研究採問卷調查方法進行，研究對象為任職於桃園市消防局的消防人員，題目設計以個人裝備熟悉運用、安全管制訓練、自救訓練、消防法-生命三權這四個方向來探討消防人員對於火場安全的觀念。
研究結果發現，消防人員對於探討如何提升火場安全的各式措施及結果表示認同接受，意謂著透過正確的認知火場風險及加強教育訓練，有助於達到提升消防人員搶救火災安全的目的。

This study discusses the relevance of fire safety equipment, training and systems to the safety of firefighters in the fireground. At the same time, we analyze the measures and methods that can improve the fire safety of firefighters through the relevant domestic and international literature, cases of major casualties, fire magazine and fireground survival training.
This study is a questionnaire survey of firefighters working in the Taoyuan Fire Department. The topic is designed to explore firefighters' perceptions of fire safety in the four directions of familiarization with the use of personal equipment, Fire Safety Management training, fireground survival training, and Fire Services law - the three rights of life.
The findings of the study revealed that firefighters agreed with the various measures and results of exploring ways to enhance fireground safety。It means that through proper awareness of fireground risks and enhanced training, it helps to achieve the goal of improving firefighter safety in fire rescue
