國軍深造教育畢業學員訓練轉移之研究─畢業學員主官(管)的追蹤調查

摘要

本研究以國軍深造教育結訓學員的單位主官(管)追蹤調查為對象，探討對指參教育課程滿意度與實用性對受訓整體態度之影響與最需要課程建議。開放式問卷於107年11月初以網路方式發放，至12月初回收完畢，共調查了陸軍86個旅級(含)以上單位的主官(管)，回收有效問卷86份。資料分析將資料彙整後研究獲得以下發現：1.單位主官(管)對結訓學員滿意度，大部分單位無意見，而少部分單位認為所學課程無法與實務工作相結合。2.單位主官(管)不同班隊各類課程設計及改進意見，以建議強化部隊參訪課程與教學實務課程時數為多數。3.單位主官(管)對各班隊最需要課程，以增加未來建軍實務課程與國際觀課程為多數。

The study is focused on knowing the satisfaction and the feedback of the Armed Forces Intermediate Level Education from graduates. The survey is disseminated by internet in November 2018 and collected in December 2018. There are 86 valid surveys from the supervisors of the brigade level or above units. The analysis indicates following: 1. The course design is insufficient to meet the unit's need. 2. The portion of On-Site Visit and the Practical Exercise should be increased. 3. The force development and international studies courses should be the top priority of the whole courses.
