本研究以國軍深造教育結訓學員追蹤調查為對象,探討指參教育課程滿意度與實用性對受訓整體態度之影響。問卷調查了陸軍36個旅級以上單位,回收有效問卷293份。資料分析包含探索性相關因素分析、平均數、標準差與簡單相關分析、卡方檢定與迴歸分析等方法。研究獲得以下發現:1.結訓學員對陸軍學院課程實用性正向反應較弱於課程(師資、內容)滿意度及受訓整體態度。2.不同班隊對各類課程時數配當妥適性沒有差異。3.結訓學員無論班隊、階級、職務或單位的對師資與內容滿意度的影響沒有差異。4.課程實用性對有內容滿意度與整體態度有調節作用,而對師資滿意度與整體態度則沒有調節。
This study is focused on the graduates of Armed Forces Intermediate Education in order to understand the impact of overall training from course satisfaction, and practical aspect. There are 293 valid surveys from 36 Army brigade or above units. Data analysis includes exploratory related factor analysis, average analysis, standard deviation analysis and simple correlation analysis, chi-square test and regression analysis. This study discovers following findings: 1. The graduates of Army Command and Staff College have less satisfaction on course (context, and teaching faculty) , and training attitude. 2. There is no difference on teaching hours among different courses. 3. There is no difference on satisfaction regardless course, rank, assignment, and unit. 4. The practical aspect of course can influence the overall satisfaction and learning attitude; however, it does not have significant influence on teaching faculty and overall attitude,The study obtained the following findings: 1.
