透過數學遊戲App發展幼兒數能力的成效探討

摘要


本研究目的在探討是否能透過數學遊戲App發展幼兒數能力的成效探討,包括基數、序數、讀寫數字…等,以及分析在實驗過程中學習數學的質與量情形為何。此研究主要在探討數學遊戲App發展幼兒數能力的成效,自變項是市售可下載數學遊戲App,依變項是幼兒數學能力測驗-第二版得分,測驗工具為許惠欣所譯「幼兒數學能力測驗-第二版」中文版,施測樣本採便利取樣方式,對象為一所桃園市某國小附幼中大班為例,分為有採用數學遊戲App和未採用數學遊戲App,經由數學遊戲App的實驗過程後,再使用測驗工具測驗得分,所得資料下經描述性統計,包括次數分配、平均數、標準差及百分比,以及獨立樣本T檢定,來描述樣本特性及各變項關係,其綜合歸納以下結論:(1)透過數學遊戲App對整體幼兒的數能力發展成效有顯著幫助。 (2)透過數學遊戲App學習能提高幼兒整體數學學習興趣。

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of developing mathematical ability for young children including the concept of cardinal number, ordinal number, number reading and writing by applying math games apps. Also, the children’s performance would be analyzed during the experiment. The independent variables of the study are the math games apps which are paid to download, and the dependent variable is “Test of Early Mathematics Ability, second version” (TEMA-2). The instrument is TEMA-2 (Chinese version, translated by Shu, Huey-Xin).The children in the affiliated kindergarten of an elementary school in Taoyuan city are involved as purposeful sampling in this study. They are divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. First, the children are taken the experiment on using the math games apps for learning, and then test the learning effect by using the instrument. The result of the test are analyzed through descriptive statistics, including using frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and so on. The study found out the following three conclusions. First, using the math games apps has a great effect on developing mathematic ability for young children. Second, using the math games apps can enhance the interest in learning.
