丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯與聚醯胺合膠添加蒙脫土之 製備與性質研究

摘要


本研究以三種比例之ABS/PA(30/70 wt%、50/50 wt%、70/30 wt%)合膠為基材與MMT(以外含的方式)混合,其MMT添加比例為1.5、3、4.5phr,經混煉後由射出成型製成複合材料,並探討複合材料於不同MMT含量時之機械性質與熱性質的變化。 藉由捏合機所製備出的ABS/PA/MMT 複合材料利用萬能試驗機、衝擊試驗機、硬度試驗機…等儀器來測試其機械性質,並以熱重分析儀、熱示差掃描分析儀等儀器測試其熱性質。過試驗由結果得知,ABS/PA(30/70 wt%)/MMT 之機械性質,隨著MMT 含量增加抗拉強度、衝擊強度下降,最大降幅約39.9%及36.2%,磨耗損失量大幅上升,最大磨耗損失量上升了31.07%;熱性質方面,裂解溫度與熔融溫度,隨著MMT 含量增加溫度下降,熱傳導係數則提升10.21%,熱變形溫度則有小幅提升約2.44%,熔融指數MMT含量3phr時上升最多提升373.24,流變試驗MMT含量3phr時黏度係數下降最多。ABS/PA(50/50 wt%)/MMT 之機械性質,隨著MMT 含量增加抗拉強度、衝擊強度下降,最大降幅約40.37%及28.8%,磨耗損失量大幅上升,最大磨耗損失量上升了76.65%;熱性質方面,裂解溫度與熔融溫度,隨著MMT 含量增加溫度下降,熱傳導係數則提升10.07%,熱變形溫度則有小幅提升約3.42%,熔融指數MMT含量3phr時上升最多提升309.86,流變試驗MMT含量3phr時黏度係數下降最多。ABS/PA(70/30 wt%)/MMT 之機械性質,隨著MMT 含量增加抗拉強度、衝擊強度下降,最大降幅約39.71%及33.5%,磨耗損失量大幅上升,最大磨耗損失量上升了47.37%;熱性質方面,裂解溫度與熔融溫度,隨著MMT 含量增加溫度下降,熱傳導係數則提升10.76%,熱變形溫度則有小幅提升約2.71%,熔融指數MMT含量3phr時上升最多提升291.57,流變試驗MMT含量3phr時黏度係數下降最多。

In this study, three ratio of ABS / PA (30/70 wt%、50/50wt% and 70/30 wt%) substrate gel are mixed with three ratio of MMT (1.5,3,4.5phr)After mixing ,by use of injection molding the composite material with different clay content are made ,and the mechanical and thermal properties are studied. The ABS / PA / MMT composites prepared by the kneading machine are tested by means of universal testing machine, impact tester, hardness tester and other instruments. The thermal properties are tested by means of thermogravimetric analyzer and thermal contrast analyzer Test. In the composite of, ABS / PA (30/70 wt%) / MMT ,in the mechanical properties, the tensile strength increased with the MMT content, but the impact strength decrease, the maximum reduction of about 39.9% and 36.2%. There is significant increase in wear loss, and the maximum wear loss increase by 31.07%. In the thermal properties, the cracking temperature and melting temperature decrease with the increase of MMT content, but the thermal conductivity increase of by 10.21%. The heat distortion temperature increase by about 2.44%. The melt index of MMT content 3phr rise up to 373.24, but in the rheological test MMT content of 3phr , the viscosity coefficient decrease most.
