關於共同協議投資碳排放減量技術的供應鏈存貨問題之研究

摘要


有鑒於全球氣候變遷暖化等問題日益嚴重,資訊科技的發展使全球二氧化碳排放受到重視,成為近年最重要的環境議題。為了減少空氣中溫室氣體的排放以及減緩全球暖化造成環境與人類的威脅,許多威權機構組織與世界各國陸續訂定相關規範,迫使企業減少碳排放量。而此碳排放減量政策勢必會對企業生產、補貨、運送等活動造成影響。倘若能投資資金於碳排減量技術的發展,不僅可以在營運過程中降低碳排放量或增加產能,且能結合供應鏈的生產模式進而增加企業利益。因此,本文擬在碳限額與交易與碳稅課徵的碳排減量政策,從供應鏈整合的觀點,探討買賣雙方共同協議投資碳排放減量技術的供應鏈存貨模式。主要目的在共同決定買賣雙方最適的生產、補貨、運送與減碳技術投資策略,使得雙方整合總利潤最大化。進一步,我們利用數值範例來說明求解程序並對模式中幾個重要參數進行敏感度分析。最後,我們也比較不同減碳政策下參數變動對最適解之影響,並獲得一些管理意涵來提供企業管理階層決策參考依據。

In view of the increasing global climate change and other issues, the development of information technology makes the issue of global CO2 emissions valued and be most important environmental issue in recent years. In order to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and the threat to environment and humanity from global warming, many authoritarian organizations and countries around the world have gradually established relevant regulations. This carbon emission reduction policy will inevitably affect the production, replenishment and transportation activities of the company. If the company can invest capital in the development of carbon emission reduction technology, it can not only reduce carbon emissions or increase production capacity during the operation, but also combine the production mode of the supply chain and increase the profit of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper explores supply chain inventory models where the buyer and seller can jointly to invest in carbon emission reduction technologies under Carbon Cap and Trade and Carbon Tax policies from the viewpoint of supply chain integration. The main purpose is to decide the optimal production, replenishment, shipment and investment strategies to maximize the total joint profit under Carbon Cap and Trade and Carbon Tax policies. Further, we use several numerical examples to illustrate the solution program and perform sensitivity analysis in proposed model. Finally, we also compare the impact of parameter changes under different carbon reduction policies on optimal solutions and obtain some management implications to provide a useful reference for corporate decision maker.
