幼兒教育為一切教育的基礎,2012年《幼兒教育及照顧法》及「幼兒園教保活動課程大綱」的施行,開啟幼兒教育新的里程碑。而台北市為台灣的首都,致力於教育發展不遺餘力,是否能促使公立幼兒園教保服務人員在幸福感及教學效能上相輔相成,具有高度的認知及表現。 本研究透過問卷調查法來探討臺北市公立幼兒園教保服務人員幸福感與教學效能之現況,並藉由統計分析,了解不同背景變項在幸福感及教學效能的差異情形及其相關性。研究問卷以統計套裝軟體 SPSS 20.0 for Windows 進行描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等進行資料分析,最後,根據研究結果發現提出建議,以供教育行政機關、幼兒園、幼兒園教保服務人員及後續研究參考。
Early childhood education is the foundation of all education. The implementation of the "Early Childhood Education and Care Act 2012" and the "Kindergarten Education and Security Activities Curriculum Outline" have launched a new milestone in early childhood education. Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, is committed to the development of education. Whether it can promote public kindergarten education and security service staff to complement each other in terms of happiness and teaching effectiveness, has a high degree of awareness and performance. This study uses questionnaires to explore the current state of well-being and teaching effectiveness of teaching and security service staff in Taipei's public kindergartens, and uses statistical analysis to understand the differences in happiness and teaching effectiveness of different background variables and their correlations. The research questionnaire was analyzed by statistical software SPSS 20.0 for Windows for descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor variation analysis, Pearson product difference correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Finally, recommendations were made based on the findings of the research. For education administration agencies, kindergartens, kindergarten educational service personnel and follow-up research examination.
