Since the introduction of smart phones with multiple functions, people have paid more and more attention to the functions of smart phones to provide leisure and entertainment, and even tend to become addicted to smartphones. The questionnaire survey method is used to collect the data, and the college students are used as the samples, and Heckman (1979) two-stage sample selection model is used for empirical analysis. Under the conditions of financial income and expenditure and the use of smartphones addicted to the conditions, respectively, discuss the factors affecting the time for smartphones using, the factors that affect the surplus or deficit of undergraduates' income and expenditure, and the influence factors of whether they can consume rationally, the influencing factors of smartphone addiction. The main empirical results show that under the condition of financial income and expenditure surplus, it is found that female with low monthly family income, the longer they use mobile phones, the higher the monthly family income, the more addicted to smartphone using. Under the condition of addiction for smartphone using, students with higher monthly household income or those with higher awareness of the postural health hazards of smartphone use cannot consume rationally.
