台灣近年來教育水準提升,加上面臨少子化危機,政府提出許多催生政策,例如擴大育兒津貼補助、普設公立與非營利幼兒園、與私幼合作設立準公共化幼兒園…等,由於幼兒園是孩子邁入社會化環境的第一步,良好品格、生活習慣從此建立,因此優良師資在幼教環境中占有重要角色,教保服務人員需透過不斷的研習、進修,以提升專業能力外,也需面對家長、社會所給予的高度期待,因此教保服務人員在此工作環境下,是否有效妥當處理工作壓力、具備良好情緒管理能力與保持身心健康狀態是重要的議題。 本研究透過問卷調查,了解桃園市公立幼兒園教保服務人員工作壓力、情緒管理與身心健康現況,歸結出桃園市教保服務人員在教學工作與多變的教育政策下,感受到較大的壓力,情緒管理能力尚且良好,大都能以正向態度面對,身心健康方面則以身體不適狀況(如疲倦、腰酸)較多。教育是百年大業,若有效降低工作壓力、維持良好情緒管理與良好身心健康狀態,則是幼兒的一大福祉。

And so on, because kindergarten is the first step for children to enter the social environment, good character, living habits from then on, so good teachers in the early childhood education environment occupies an important role, education and security service personnel need to through continuous study, further education, in order to enhance professional ability, but also to face the parents, the community to give high expectations, Therefore, in this working environment, whether to deal effectively and properly with work pressure, have good emotional management ability and maintain physical and mental health is an important issue. Through questionnaire survey, this study to understand the work pressure, emotional management and physical and mental health status of Taoyuan City public kindergarten education and security service personnel, it comes down to Taoyuan City education and security service personnel in teaching work and changeable education policy, feel the greater pressure, emotional management ability is still good, most can face with a positive attitude, Physical and mental health is more physically unwell (e.g. tiredness, lumbar acid). Education is a hundred years of great work, if effectively reduce work stress, maintain good emotional management and good physical and mental health, it is a great benefit of young children.
